About me...
Hi, I'm Nena and I live in Nena's Healthy World.
I am a Health Educator and Practitioner, specializing in Clinical Holistic Nutrition, Herbs, Detox Programs, Foot, Hand and Ear Reflexology, EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy), Cupping (Therapeutic and Cosmetic treatments), Biofeedback - Energy Medicine and Qi Gong.
I was suffering from asthma, constipation, overweight, nervousness and polycystic ovaries. After many years of using medication (since I was a child), I didn't feel better. I was feeling worse day after day.
When I was 20 Years old I decided to make some changes in my life and improve my health. I started investigating and researching. I discovered Natural Holistic Medicine. This holistic approach became my passion, my love and my Life.
I became interested in Holistic Medicine while I have lived in Europe.
Today, after more than 20 years, I am in Canada and I use my knowledge and experience from both continents, European and North American, which makes a difference and I feel I use the best protocols of both worlds.
After many years of experience, I realised that there are three great healers: YOU, YOUR BODY and NATURE and I found out that small, simple, life changing steps create big change in your life, so TAKE YOUR LIFE AND YOUR HEALTH IN YOUR HANDS and make the first small changes and I'll help you with it!
